Graduate research focused on population-scale plasma proteomics. A fully automated 96-well sample-prep platform was established for clinical plasma, combining multi-enzyme strategies to enable high-throughput, deep-coverage profiling of both proteome and glycoproteome.

Postdoctoral research focuses on constructing a spatial proteome atlas of gastric cancer. Novel phosphoproteomic and glycoproteomic workflows are being developed to integrate spatial localization with quantitative data, facilitating the discovery of early-diagnostic biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets.
